Job Descriptions• Reporting to Strategic Account Business Development Manager, the candidate will be representing LazMall in hunting top brands in all industries as LazMall sellers by pitching and negotiating a broad range of deals with potential sellers under high-pressured environment• The candidate must be proactive in building/defining/initiating customized negotiation/pitching strategy with key brands they will acquire• They should be exceptional at speaking to senior managements from brands and able to represent Lazada as a company• A consultative selling style is desired, coupled with structured-thinking and street-smart skills needed to drive deals closure in a new business environment• The role required to take full ownership of hunting targets and pipeline by working cross-functionally with local and regional team• Candidates must be able to conduct cold-calling, negotiating in person or via phone call on both transnational and high value/exposure deals in both English and Thai• Some special projects will also be assigned to the candidate. Candidate should be exceptional in driving both internal and external projects, acting as a project leader and employing relationship management skillsJob Requirements• Bachelor’s Degree or above• At least 3 years of experience in top consulting firm or sales position• Exceptional interpersonal skills• Strong analytical skills• Strong negotiation and communication skills• Fluent Thai, and excellent written and spoken English skills• Strong business acumen• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic cross-functional environment• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or SQL is a plus• E-commerce background is a plus
