About The RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Strategic Planning Executive to join our Treasury team at RHB Banking Group. This role supports daily P&L reporting, system testing, transaction monitoring, and regulatory compliance, contributing to both operational efficiency and strategic initiatives.What You Will Be Doing Collaborate with Finance on Treasury P&L reporting Conduct UAT, regression, and system integration testing for treasury systems Support data reconciliation and reporting during system upgrades Monitor transactions for suspicious activity and conduct investigations Assist with AML/CFT reviews, FATCA/CRS compliance, and policy updates Provide post-implementation support and contribute to process improvements Undertake ad-hoc assignments and support audits or regulatory reviewsWhat We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field 1–3 years’ experience in finance, with exposure to financial systems Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros) Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., JIRA, FINIQ, Murex) Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teamsWhat We OfferAt RHB Banking Group, we offer competitive rewards, career development opportunities, and a collaborative work environment.
