Pharma-Chem, we believe in Health Beyond Medicine — helping Thai people live healthier lives with the least reliance on medicine.We’re building a new generation of health products — from preventive to innovative and alternative care — and we’re looking for a Strategic Procurement Manager who can grow with us.If you think like an entrepreneur, lead with strategy, and want to make real business impact — this is your place.What You’ll Do:Strategy & SourcingDevelop and execute procurement strategies that align with business growth and sustainability goals.Identify and qualify new local and international suppliers/manufacturers.Contract & NegotiationLead negotiations to achieve the best value and terms, while managing risk and compliance.Supplier PartnershipBuild trusted, long-term relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability, quality, and innovation.Compliance & QualityPartner with QA/Regulatory teams to ensure GDP compliance and uncompromised product quality.Inventory & Risk ManagementAnticipate supply risks, manage stock levels, and create contingency plans that keep operations strong.Process & PerformanceUse SAP and data-driven insights to improve efficiency, transparency, and reporting.What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, or related field10+ years of experience in strategic procurement or sourcingProven success in supplier negotiation, cost management, and risk mitigationDeep understanding of sourcing markets and logisticsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and financial skillsProficient in SAP and fluent in EnglishA growth mindset — curious, agile, and ready to make things happenAt T.C.
