Role: Strategic Product OwnerLocation: Poland/SpainPermanent Full time EmploymentKey Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Drive alignment and standardization across Practice Leads (BA, SA, QV, Install/Configure/Test) to establish best practices, ceremonies, and governance for CoPs.Lead cross-functional initiatives as Epic Owner (e.g., ALM replacement with Retina, test automation programs), ensuring clear objectives, resourcing, and timely execution.Foster a culture of continuous learning, development, and innovation across all practices. Operational Excellence Define and implement collaboration frameworks, backlog management processes, and performance metrics for CoPs.Ensure onboarding plans are comprehensive, role-specific, and continuously improved for all practice areas.Promote functional excellence by streamlining processes, enhancing tooling, and embedding SAFe and Lean-Agile principles.Partner with Agile delivery teams to optimize performance, coordination, and delivery outcomes.Innovation & TransformationDrive innovation in tools, processes, and methodologies that enhance team collaboration and efficiency.Champion process improvements aligned with business and regulatory needs (CSV, GxP compliance).Contribute to the adoption of digital solutions supporting manufacturing, quality, and supply chain functions. Skills & Qualifications Must HaveProven experience working with Practice Leads and stakeholders to drive alignment and transformation in complex, global environments.5+ years of experience in leading and driving Agile Center of Excellence.5+ years of experience as a Scrum Product Owner (PSPO or SAFe PO certification preferred).Strong understanding of SAFe, Lean, and Agile frameworks.Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and Communities of Practice.Exceptional project management skills—able to prioritize, mobilize resources, and meet tight timelines.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across organizational levels.Experience in global, matrixed organizations with strong cultural awareness.Fluent in English (German or Polish is an advantage).Understanding of manufacturing, quality, and supply chain processes.Experience in CSV and GxP-compliant environments.Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
