Job DescriptionProcess licenses and acquire activities approval from relevant government bodiesConsolidate statistic reports and submit to regulators & other government institutionsProvide compliance advisory and regulatory frameworkEnsuring all Corporate positioning and actions are in line with the regulatory standards/ practicesCollaborate with relevant stakeholders to draft, manage, and maintain policy documents for the purpose of good corporate governanceParticipate and influence the design, plan, and implementation of other teams’ projects and initiatives related with ComplianceSupport Regulatory and internal auditsResearch and write gap analysis between regulation and business practiceConduct Compliance assurance based on #7 aboveConduct and develop compliance socialization programs and training for internal stakeholdersKeep the company comply with regulatory standardsRequirementsMin 3 years of work experienceBachelor degree from any majors, preferably Legal, Politics, or EconomicsGood team player, positive attitude, and eagerness to learnHave a high sense of ownership and responsibilityResult-driven attitude with good critical thinking skillsDetail-oriented personExperience with tight deadlines and dealing with conflicting priorities, whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentialityHigh proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
