In order to realize and support these long-term objectives, we are looking for a Software Asset Coordinator Intern for a 6-month internship to contribute to a key software asset management program aimed at optimizing the value and profitability of Richemont’s software.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?The Software Asset Management (SAM) function plays an important role in optimizing Richemont's technology investments and mitigating risks associated with software usage. As an intern, you will directly contribute to this mission by providing insightful data analysis, optimizing license usage, and helping to shape a culture of software asset awareness across the Group. Your work will directly impact Richemont's bottom line by identifying cost optimization opportunities, reducing potential compliance penalties, and improving the efficiency of software utilization. By actively participating in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and contributing to the expansion of the SAM program, you will gain valuable experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and make a tangible difference in how Richemont manages its software assets, ultimately supporting the Group's strategic goals and profitability.You will gain practical experience and make a real difference by focusing on these key responsibilities:Data Analysis and Reporting: Contribute to insightful data analysis derived from software inventories, software usage and compliance checks. Your analytical skills will help identify relevant trends and patterns, contributing to informed decision-making within the SAM team and the Software Asset Owners to optimize software value and profitability.License Compliance Checks: Collaborate with experienced professionals and Software Asset Owners to ensure software license compliance. You will contribute to matching software usage with owned licenses, identifying opportunities for optimization, and mitigating potential financial and security risks. Your rigor approach will be essential for formalizing compliance checks and following remediation efforts, when required.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Working with the SAM team, actively participate in the development and monitoring of KPIs that directly measure the success of the managed services and the overall SAM function.Change Management Process: Help shape a culture of Software Asset awareness by assisting in the creation of engaging training materials and conducting informative training sessions for employees. You will empower users to understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining compliance, fostering a more efficient and compliant organization.Inventory and Documentation: Play a key role in shaping our software asset landscape by contributing to the maintenance of a comprehensive inventory of the organization's software assets. You will participate in the identification of purchased software and license terms and conditions, ensuring accurate documentation that forms the foundation of Richemont SAM strategy.Project Coordination: Gain hands-on experience in extending the scope of our SAM program across the Group using Agile/Scrum methodologies. You'll be an integral part of a collaborative team, contributing to the expansion of Richemont Software Asset Management capabilities.WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?You are a Master’s student or recently graduated (Business or Engineering School) with a strong desire to enter the field of Data Engineering and Project Management.You are open-minded, with effective communication skills (in English and ideally in French as well).You have strong analytic skills, being able to think logically and pay attention to detail. You can easily navigate from a conceptual level of information to a deeper one.You have a strong team spirit, you are proactive, enthusiastic, and not afraid of new challenges.You are comfortable working in a group or independently in a hybrid manner with a focus on efficiency and human interactions. You are interested in software management (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, On-Premise), AWS/GCP/Alibaba, costs optimization, data management, and documentation.You master Microsoft Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and ideally JIRA and Confluence Atlassian tools.You are effective in coordinating projects in an Agile/Scrum manner and have good problem-solving skills.Notions and understanding of IT Asset Management will be an asset.Engineering or related training to understand technical integration (data modeling/flows, Cloud technologies, etc.) will also be an asset.You are available for a 6-month internship starting as soon as possible.
