The Sourcing Lead plays a key role in managing end-to-end sourcing and contracting various business units. This means the person will handle everything from understanding what the business needs, finding the right suppliers, negotiating terms, finalizing contracts, and maintaining supplier relationships — mainly for medium to high complexity projects.End-to-end sourcing & contractingHandle full sourcing cycle: demand management, supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting.Prepare sourcing strategies aligned with business and category goals.Stakeholder & Supplier ManagementWork closely with internal business teams to understand needs.Manage and influence suppliers — including at senior levels.Negotiate and maintain good supplier relationships.Contract ManagementDraft, review, and finalize contracts using company templates.Ensure legal and commercial terms are properly managed and approved.Reporting & Process ImprovementPrepare project reports and data analysis.Identify opportunities to improve sourcing processes.Leadership & ComplianceRepresent the sourcing team in meetings.Support and mentor junior team members.Follow company Code of Conduct and safety procedures.Experience:Minimum 5 years in end-to-end sourcing and contracting.At least 3 years in related categories such as Marketing, Retail Assets, or Convenience Retail.Experience in Oil & Gas, industrial, or large multinational environments preferred.Skills:Strong negotiation, commercial, and analytical abilities.Confident communicator and influencer with both internal and external stakeholders.Experience using Ariba, Salesforce, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).Comfortable working under pressure or tight timelines.Fluent in English.
