Job Title: Manager – Sourcing Strategy, Risk and Contract Management Location: Mississauga, ONRole Overview: The Manager of Sourcing Strategy, Risk and Contract Management leads a team responsible for executing sourcing, procurement, and supply planning strategies. This role emphasizes supplier relationship management, contract compliance, cost control, strategic sourcing, and aligning value stream strategies with market dynamics and organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of Supplier Performance and Sourcing professionals.Provide coaching, training, and performance management to ensure team success.Establish KPIs and objectives to measure performance and operational excellence.Act as the escalation point for complex supplier or operational issues.Support operational teams by ensuring supplier performance and contract adherence.Drive supplier development initiatives and performance recovery strategies.Oversee the sourcing process, including RFPs, make-or-buy analyses, and contract negotiations.Manage claims, recovery processes, and contract amendments.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements.Track and report procurement metrics such as cost savings and supplier performance.Support development of supplier scorecards and performance reports.Facilitate cross-functional communication across internal teams.Align sourcing strategies with organizational goals and cost-saving initiatives.Qualifications:5–7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or sourcing operations.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.Proven leadership experience in supplier negotiations and contract management.Strong knowledge of procurement processes and logistics coordination.Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA (Procure-to-Pay), supplier portals, and data analytics tools.Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.Results-driven with a strategic mindset and operational execution capabilities.Benefits & Opportunities:Competitive health, dental, and vision insuranceAnnual vacation allowanceCompetitive compensation and bonus planRetirement savings plansEmployee discounts and moreEqual Opportunity Statement: This employer encourages applications from women, Indigenous peoples, persons with disabilities, and members of visible minorities
