Apply now!Learn more jti.comStrategic Suppliers ManagerWhat This Position Is About – PurposeStrategic Suppliers and Software Asset Management will focus on strategic vendors to maximize value creation and minimize enterprise risk.What Will You Do – ResponsibilitiesParticipation in the completion of the overall framework around strategic suppliers for Digital and Information TechnologyParticipation in the selection process of the strategic supplier classification scope (segmentation), use principles, guidelines and exception proceduresOrchestrating supplier relationships to ensure that what is promised is delivered, on time, on budget; and track, monitor and mitigate vendor riskTo be responsible of the Digital and Information Technology Strategic Suppliers model, actively participating in the contract management and supporting Global Procurement in the negotiationsLead negotiations for large-scale agreements with strategic partners. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to secure optimal terms and successful outcomesMinimizing risks and maximizing the value of Strategic Suppliers through proper governance framework in order to sustain JTG valuesWho Are We Looking For – RequirementsEducation Business administration, computer science or IT related degree (Bachelor or Masters level)Work experience working experience in the follolwing areasmin. 7 to 10 years of experience managing / outsourcing IT suppliers and/or IT procurement negotiating large deals5 years of experience on Vendor Management in IT function or Procurement ITVery Good Understanding principles of Procurement processes, Supplier Relationship Management and Vendor ManagementThe leadership of large-scale contract negotiations, involving setup, analysis of positions, development of Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement (BATNA)Commercial experience in drafting robust contracts covering pricing, SLA, penalty regime, clearly defined deliverables, transition and exit statementsExcellent Knowledge of IT software/SAAS/PAAS category and market key players.Strong experience with major software publisher's licensing schemes (SAP, Oracle, MS, etc.) with a good knowledge of software maintenance agreements.Strong analytical, negotiation and project management skillsLanguage Full English proficiency (spoken and written)What Are The Next StepsInterview with GBS Talent Attraction Expert Online interview with the TeamFinal Interview with the Hiring ManagerAre you ready to join us?
