Job Title: Strategic Network Planning LeadLocation: MalaysiaCompany: Nestlé MalaysiaFunction: PSCReports To: Head of Planning Service CenterFull-timeBachelor’s/ Master’s DegreePosition Summary:The Strategic Network Planning Lead is responsible for shaping long-term supply network strategies and driving optimization across categories and factories. This role consolidates category requirements, leads scenario planning and ensures alignment with Zone, SBU and Market teams. It is a high-impact position focused on enhancing efficiency, agility and strategic coherence within the supply network.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage long-term supply and capacity plans across categories and factories.Conduct scenario and network optimization planning to ensure efficient production and distribution alignment.Lead factory planning and capability mapping, integrating business growth and innovation pipelines.Collaborate closely with Category Managers, PSCs, SBUs, and Zone teams for strategic supply alignment.Manage market requirements consolidation and master data sign-offs.Provide insights and strategic recommendations on manufacturing network optimization and long-term investments.Support continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and advanced planning analytics.Act as a category expert—developing deep understanding of coffee manufacturing and supply dynamics.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Economics.Experience: 5-7 years in supply planning, factory/network optimization and stakeholder management, preferably in FMCG.Technical Expertise: End-to-end supply planning and optimization, Scenario planning and capacity modelling, Data-driven analysis and strategic reporting toolsWe are Nestlé, the largest food and beverage company.
