Strategy& - Trainee

Your mission:As part of the Strategy & Development team, you will be involved in a wide range of assignments, including:Cocting market analyses (size, competition, trends) and developing business cases (revenues, costs, ROI, scenarios).Supporting the design of growth strategies (go-to-market, pricing, partnerships, expansion) and operating models (organization, governance, processes).Contributing to development finance initiatives (blended finance, guarantees, impact funds) and working with MDBs and DFIs.Participating in AI and data-related projects, identifying business use cases and helping test small proof-of-concepts.Preparing client-ready deliverables such as reports, presentation decks, or strategic notes.You will work closely with consultants from diverse backgrounds (business, economics, engineering, and data science) who share the same passion for creating meaningful impact through strategy and innovation.Be part of our team where you will:Thrive in a dynamic and inclusive environment that values your ideas and curiosity.Get exposure to real projects and real clients in both the private and public sectors.Benefit from on-the-job learning and mentoring by experienced professionals.Contribute to cross-border projects with tangible outcomes.Join a firm where diversity and innovation are part of our daily culture.Let’s talk about you. If you have/are:Currently completing your final year of a Master’s degree in business, economics, public policy, finance, engineering, or data science.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of strategic and financial analysis.Curiosity for development finance, ESG/impact topics, or data and AI use cases.Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Python, SQL, or Power BI/Tableau is a plus.Fluent in English (French, German, or Luxembourgish would be an asset).Curious, proactive, and detail-oriented, with good communication and teamwork skills.Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to projects thatOur recruitment processOnline assessmentTechnical interview with two managersOnline case studyFinal interview with directors (if applicable)
