During the course of our activities, we have the goal of assessing new opportunities in the sector and creating value for our partners, customers, employees, suppliers, andcommunity.As the agile and innovative energy company of Türkiye, we are powered by people and build our activities on the values of integrity, passion, courage, continuous development, and engagement.What awaits you in this roleWe are looking for a colleague for our Strategy and Business Development Team !Working collaboratively with the executive leadership team on strategic topics to prepare high-quality insights and making impactful recommendations,Conducting strategic analysis, valuation of target companies, reviews and/or building financial models, managing budget processes and business development project cash flow forecasts,Preparing strategic plan and business development with progress follow-up,Supporting strategic initiatives from the analytical standpoint,Leading the thinking for future investment cases, models and investment areas by evaluating investment opportunities with initial preparation of feasibility and market research analysis,Supporting business planning cycle by linking strategic goals/tasks and operational/financial targets,Monitoring progress of strategies and initiatives, develop corrective strategies as needed,Contributing effective collaboration and communication between top level management,Preparing overall project plans and ensuring the delivery of tasks, providing regular updates,Assisting with reporting to executive management & existing investors,Gathering, analyzing and interpreting external and internal data, conducting SWOTs, competition benchmark analysis and industry monitoring.What we expectBachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering or relevant fields (MBA will be a plus),Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, consulting, strategy and business, project management, development, business analyst, CxO Office or relevant role,Excellent command of MS Office programs, especially in PP and Excel,Excellent written and verbal English,Experienced in Executive reporting,Strong analytical reporting capabilities,A resourceful problem-solving skill with strong intellect, strategic thinking, and analytical skills with a proven track record of defining and executing complex analysis with minimal supervision,Excellent stakeholder, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, result-oriented, initiative-taker mindset, ability to build relationships at all levels and to communicate persuasively and clearly,Be straightforward and forthright but with diplomatic skills and willingness to collaborate.Our recruitment processPre-InterviewPersonality Inventory, General Aptitude and English TestsPeople & Culture Team and Hiring Team InterviewLearning AgilityReference CheckJob OfferPrivileges of being an Enerjisa employeeHybrid work model supported by ergonomics and communication,Flexible working hours and hours without meetings,Extensive private health, and life insurances & company-supported Private Pension Insurance,Inter-departmental rotation opportunities,Training & development opportunities supporting both personal and professional competencies,Leave package including 5-Day Welcome Leave, Birthday and Extended Parental Leaves,Employee Support and Counseling Practice Resources (Meditopia)
