Kia hiwa rā!The Office of Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu is seeking a passionate Summer Intern to join our Strategy & Influence Team in the Strategy & Environment Group.The Strategy & Influence Intern will support the Policy and Strategy Advisors within the Strategy & Influence team to produce high quality research and analysis, supporting the work programmes to Protect and Advance the Ngāi Tahu Settlements. You'll be part of Strategy & Influence, who collectively work on behalf of Ngāi Tahu whānui and hapū to manage our collective assets, protect our rights and interests, and deliver meaningful outcomes.This fixed-term, full-time internship is based in Ōtautahi and offers a unique chance to learn within a values-driven environment that places iwi aspirations at the centre of everything we do.You'll BringHe kōrero mōu - About you:A strong connection to Ngāi Tahu and active engagement with your papatipu rūnanga.A passion for Ngāi Tahu kaupapa and a desire to grow your knowledge of te ao Māori.Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail.A collaborative, can-do attitude and willingness to learn from others.A genuine interest in supporting iwi-led initiatives that uplift whānau and protect our taonga.If you're ready to develop your skills, gain practical experience, and contribute to the future of Ngāi Tahu, we'd love to hear from you.Me pēhea te tono mai - How to apply:If this sounds like the next step in your career journey, we'd love to hear from you.
