The Albatha Corporate Strategy and M&A team is at the center of the Group's strategic planning initiatives across our portfolio, working with senior management and the leadership teams of our portfolio companies.As part of the Strategy Team, you will be responsible for conducting high-impact analyses, deriving actionable insights, and discussing them with senior leadership. The successful candidate will work closely with the Group's Chief Strategy Officer and business unit executives to influence long-term decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.Analyze company performance and competitor strategies to inform the Group's strategic decisions.Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic initiatives and track progress.Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to drive decision-making.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.Masters degree is preferred but not mandatory.2–5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or M&A/investment advisory.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data-driven insights to real-world impact.Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to engage with senior executives.Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools.Experience in GCC or other Middle East markets is a plus, but not required.What We OfferOpportunity to work with senior leaders on high-impact strategic projects that shape the Group’s future.Exposure to diverse industries and business problems within a leading conglomerate.Collaborative work environment in a dynamic team, with a strong emphasis on work-life balanceCompetitive compensation package and benefits (relocation to Dubai offered to non-residents).Minimal travel requirements outside Dubai, as the role is primarily focused on the UAE.Career opportunities within the group, with a path to high-visibility roles in the Group.
