Key Responsibilities Lead the development of annual and long-term corporate strategies aligned with business goals.Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and risks.Drive enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, transformation projects, and cross-functional programs.Develop business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.Monitor market trends, industry movements, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.Oversee strategic planning processes, including goal-setting, prioritization, and performance tracking.Facilitate alignment and collaboration across business units to ensure successful strategy execution.Prepare executive presentations, board materials, and high-impact strategy communications.Lead periodic business reviews, assess progress of strategic initiatives, and recommend improvement actions.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including executives, business leaders, and external partners.Qualifications Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.10–15 years of experience in corporate strategy, business consulting, or strategic planning.Strong analytical, financial modeling, and market research capabilities.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Proven track record leading cross-functional strategic initiatives or transformation projects.
