This role will offer tremendous exposure to the business working closely with the leadership team to drive the company’s strategic initiatives. This role will drive high-impact initiatives across the organization and support cross-functional collaboration across business leaders.Roles and ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Execution : Assist in setting company goals and priorities (OKRs)Ensure alignment between leadership decisions and business objectivesTrack key initiatives and measure progress against strategic goalsExecutive Support & Decision-MakingWork closely with the senior leadership team to drive cross functional strategic decisionsProvide data-driven insights and recommendationsFacilitate high-level meetings, ensuring effective follow-upsCross-Functional CoordinationWork with department heads to ensure smooth execution of projectsRemove bottlenecks and improve collaboration across teamsAct as a liaison between leadership and different business unitsOperational EfficiencyImprove internal processes and workflows for greater efficiencyOversee special projects, ensuring timely executionMonitor organizational performance and suggest improvementsCommunication & Stakeholder ManagementDraft reports, presentations, and key communications for leadershipMaintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and partnersLeadership & Culture DevelopmentReinforce company values and foster a strong corporate cultureLead by example in decision-making and operational excellenceKey skills & AttributesEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field (required) MBA or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant discipline (highly preferred)Experience:1.10 - 12 years of experience, with a mix of strategic consulting, operations, or leadership roles2.Proven track record of scaling businesses or driving organizational change in fast-paced environments (e.g. consulting, startupsDomain Skills : 1.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and translate insights into actionable plans2.Excellent project management capabilities, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources3.Proficiency in driving cross-functional initiatives and executive-level communication.This is your chance to fashion the future at scale - while paving your own path to growth.
