该职位来源于猎聘 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES As a strategy and experience intern of MADJOR, you will work closely with the strategy and experience team to develop and execute marketing strategies that elevate our brand and engage our customers. You will assist in conducting desk research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry. In this role, you will play a key role in helping to plan and execute brand experiences, such as events, pop-ups, and activations. You will monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and recommend optimizations. PROJECT EXCELLENCEAssist in the development and execution of marketing strategies that elevate our brand and engage our customers.Conduct desk research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry, Help to plan and execute brand experiences, such as events, pop-ups, and activations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and recommend optimizations. CLIENT ENGAGEMENTResponsible for working with the strategy and experience team to ensure that our clients are satisfied with our work.Support to communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and providing regular updates on project progress.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that project deliverables meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget. YOUR PROFILEStudents’ major in Communication, Advertising, Marketing, International Business, MBA preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.A creative thinker with an eye for design and aesthetics, and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is also required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external clients.Bonus point: knowledge of UI tools for design, presentation and prototyping including Figma, Sketch, the Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Principle, Keynote, and others.
