Strategy Expert

We are seeking a Strategy Expert to support the development of strategic plans, policies, and improvement initiatives within public sector programs. This role requires someone who can analyze complex information, design strategic frameworks, and collaborate across teams to drive organizational effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of organizational and program-level strategies.Conduct research, benchmarking, and analytical studies to inform strategic planning.Assist in preparing strategic frameworks, policies, and long-term plans.Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic analysis documents for leadership.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.Required ExperiencePractical experience in Saudi Arabia, particularly in strategy development.Experience working on public sector or strategic transformation projects.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
