Strategy Intern

Role Description: The Strategy Intern supports the development, analysis, and execution of strategic initiatives across the organization. Working closely with senior strategists and management teams, the intern contributes to research, data analysis, and project implementation that inform business decisions and long-term growth plans.This role provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in strategic planning, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration, while developing insights into how organizations make data-driven and market-informed decisions.Key Responsibilities:Support strategic projects by conducting research and analysis on markets, competitors, and emerging trends.Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.Gather, clean, and analyze data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project implementation and process improvement initiatives.Participate in brainstorming sessions and workshops to contribute ideas and recommendations.Support business modeling, scenario planning, and forecasting efforts.Track performance metrics and provide regular updates on project progress.Assist in identifying operational efficiencies and potential areas for innovation.Document findings, methodologies, and key insights for internal knowledge sharing.Take ownership of specific workstreams or deliverables under supervision.Qualifications:Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, Engineering, or a related field.Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data visualization or analysis tools is an advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly and concisely.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across functions.Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning.Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.The Strategy Intern role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to strategic planning processes, work on impactful projects, and develop skills critical for a future career in strategy, consulting, or management.
