In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future direction of one of the largest FMCG companies in the Nordics.How You Will Make An ImpactAs a Strategy Manager, you will join the Group Strategy and broader Strategy & Business Development teams and play a key role in advancing our strategic agenda, supporting the Executive Management Team with a range of high-impact responsibilities, includingLeading and driving critical strategic projects such as due diligences, post-merger integrations, market strategies, operational/supply chain improvements, and sustainability initiativesDeliver strategic insights and impact through direct executive support for our CEO and Executive Mgmt. Team (e.g. annual strategy wheel, strategy workshops and Board of Directors presentations)Contributing to the development of Arla Foods’ new corporate strategyThis role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with top management and senior leaders on strategy and business development, with the potential to significantly impact our business. For the right candidate, this position could also serve as a platform for an international career and expatriation in one of our markets abroad.What Will Make You SuccessfulWe are looking for candidates with a Master’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field. You are either a recent graduate at the top of your class or have 3-5 years of work experience, preferably from a top-tier management consulting firm or a similar role in the industry. Experience from a large FMCG company is considered an advantage.
