Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategist in our Sales Strategy Team to drive the design, execution, and optimization of sales strategies across our property development portfolio. The role will focus on building data-driven plans, enhancing sales performance, and ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and business objectives. This position is ideal for someone with a strong analytical background and a proven track record in real estate sales planning.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies and performance plans to achieve project-specific and company-wide sales targets.Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and buyer profiling to identify growth opportunities.Support project launches by aligning pricing, product positioning, and sales channel strategies.Monitor sales KPIs, pipeline reports, and conversion metrics, and recommend improvements to drive efficiency.Partner with marketing teams to ensure sales campaigns are aligned with target markets and brand positioning.Work closely with project, finance, and customer relations teams to ensure smooth customer journey and after-sales processes.Prepare management reports, dashboards, and sales performance reviews for senior leadership.Identify and recommend digital tools, CRM enhancements, and innovative sales practices to boost performance.Contribute to training and development programs to strengthen the effectiveness of the sales team.Control marketing and sales budgets for the project ensuring sales within the estimated budgetRoll out commission policies for internal stakeholders and the market to drive sales velocityWork across stakeholders in the organization to ensure project timelines are being met from a sales and marketing point of viewQualifications & Experience:Masters Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred, from a Top Institute).2-4 years of experience in sales strategy, planning, or consulting.Experience in sales analytics, CRM systems, and reporting tools.Proven ability to translate data into actionable strategies and measurable results.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Key CompetenciesStrategic thinking with strong analytical capabilityData-driven decision makingStakeholder management and collaborationResults-oriented mindset with attention to detail
