What's your role? Develop business strategy and support execution through effective follow-up Own and drive key strategic projects from idea to execution Analyze data to drive decision-making, prioritization and performance tracking, for example market and competitive analysis Communicate your insights and vision to leadership What will you bring? 3-5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity or other highly analytical and strategic role Strategic thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented mindset with a drive to make real business impact Excellent analytical skills, including experience in market sizing and financial modeling A collaborative, curious, and proactive attitude – you enjoy learning with others and take initiative to get things done A commitment to high standards, structured working style, and strong follow-through A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering and Management, Mathematics, or Physics Fluency in English, both written and spoken For additional information please contact the hiring manager Head of Strategy Anni Pesonen, +358 41 505 5891 during the following times: December 4th between 9-10 or December 5th between 10-11 (Eastern European Time).
