The Strategy & Operations Manager will get a chance to play a part in building new service offerings and provide strategic direction to the Strategy & Operations team from scratch.What you'll do:Develop a growth strategy for the Ride business and execute the strategic plan, including monitoring results and cost.Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operations to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives.Responsible for end-to-end strategic project execution and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Finance to get things off the ground.Drive the product and business planning processes, and analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re met.Own key business results (operating & financial), track & report business performance, address issues (or opportunities) and come up with growth initiatives.What you'll need:5+ years of experience in Strategy or Management Consultant roles.Strong business acumen, self-driven, intellectually curious, and analytical.Experience in Transport or Delivery business is a plus but not required.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.Open mindset and growth mindset: Must be adaptable, ready to learn, and open to new roles and industries as our company frequently expands into new sectors.
