We combine cutting-edge engineering with deep domain knowledge to build high-performance systems for mission-critical environments. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and versatile professional to support the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) in driving strategic initiatives across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of project management, business development, and executive support, providing operational leverage to the CSO and ensuring alignment between strategy, business development, and cross-functional execution. This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on strategic and business development initiatives across Europe and worldwide. Company: Orbotix IndustriesLocation: Warsaw with Hybrid working days (3 days on-site, 2 days home office).   Key Responsibilities Strategic and Operational Support· Take detailed notes (handwritten or with AI company approved tools) during key meetings, summarize discussions, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.·   Maintain and update internal strategy archives, OKR tracking systems, and progress dashboards.·  Act as a connector between the strategy department and other departments ensuring alignment and clear communication across teams. Stakeholder and Partner Engagement·    Represent the CSO in internal meetings·    Support the preparation of materials, proposals, and presentations·  Maintain regular communication with third-party partners to ensure smooth collaboration and follow-up. CRM and Business Development Alignment·    Feed and maintain the company’s CRM with up-to-date partner and opportunity data.·   Ensure that next steps and follow-up actions (both internal and external) are logged and tracked systematically.·  Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to align strategic priorities with active commercial opportunities. Project Management and Execution·    Monitor and coordinate progress on multiple strategic projects simultaneously.·    Prepare concise progress reports and updates for leadership.·    Support the execution of operational follow-ups; from drafting key documents to ensuring tasks are completed on time. Profile and Qualifications·    Language: Fluent Polish and English (mandatory). Any other languages are welcome.·    Experience: 3-5 years in project coordination, consulting, or strategy/operations roles in fast-paced or international environments·    Education: Degree in Engineering, Business, International Relations, Finance or similar field.·    International exposure: Experience working or studying abroad is strongly preferred.·    Skills: o  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. o  Strong analytical and organizational abilities. o  Hands-on, execution-focused mindset, equally comfortable drafting a report or coordinating an executive meeting. o  Familiarity with CRM systems and OKR/project tracking tools/excel. Personal Attributes·     Discreet, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.·     Proactive and resourceful: anticipates needs, identify issues early, and proposes solutions.·     Strong cultural agility and ease in working in an international, fast-paced environment.·     A “doer” with strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.  What We Offer:• Flexible working hours • Hybrid job structure: 3 days in office, 2 days home office• Day off on your birthday• International and multicultural work environment  Application Process:To apply, please send your CV to recruiting@orbotix.tech How does the recruitment process look like?·     HR screening·     Internal CV review by our CSO·     30–40 min cultural fit interview with HR·     Interview with internal stakeholder·     Final interview with the CSO·     Job offer We aim to keep the process clear, human, and efficient and we are always happy to improve.
