Our aim is to support businesses in designing, managing and executing lasting beneficial change.Our practices provide a range of professional services to deliver large scale and cross-territory transformation projects that are business-led and tech-enabled - from strategy through to execution.About the Team PwC SEAC’s Digital Transformation practice provides a combination of business and technology advice from strategy to execution and helps solve our clients’ most complex business challenges in today’s highly integrated environment.Our Strategy and Operations (S&O) team delivers deep industry expertise with functional know-how to help clients maximise their commercial (pricing, promotions), operations (supply chain, procurement) and go-to-market (e-commerce, loyalty) capabilities through a full-scale transformation lens.As a team, our work spans a range of topics - from business strategy and planning, to operations and supply chain, and beyond to data analytics with the tools and technologies that deliver impact - and we work across territories with large-scale multinationals as well as local conglomerates, including some of the most well-recognised brand names in the region and world. Our diverse client service teams encourage out-of-the-box thinking, problem solving, great team mentality and a curiosity for understanding the latest industry trends, innovations and emerging technologies.We are adding to our growing practice - and are looking for ambitious consultants, who can work collaboratively across disciplines; support in delivering challenging project assignments grows with our practice to greater heights.About the Role / Responsibilities As a Senior Manager on our S&O team, you will bring a strong core consulting toolkit - encompassing thorough business analysis, strong written and oral communication and team management skills. The role will require you to work individually as well as in a highly collaborative team environment. Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:Assess complex operational issues with first-principles thinking, bringing clarity and structure to otherwise ambiguous and multi-faceted problem statements in a hypothesis-driven wayLead and organise and conduct rigorous analysis and operational review in a disciplined manner to bring about quantifiable improvements or transformations in the areas of operations improvement, process optimisation, and supply chain managementStay abreast of current trends, emerging technologies and competitive landscapesCommunicate clearly in written and oral formats and present to internal and external audiences - taking on feedback and refining work approach as requiredLead engagement teams through structuring and managing their ideation, work flows, analysis and presentation output - while providing hands-on support and coachingTake on responsibility for overall project execution and delivery - as well as proposals and business developmentParticipate in sector-led campaigns and thought leadership - working with colleagues to develop campaign materials, perspective documents and author thought piecesProvide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to develop team capabilitiesExpectations as a PwC ProfessionalUse feedback and reflection to develop self awareness, personal strengths and address development areas.Delegate to others to provide stretch opportunities, coaching them to deliver results.Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems.Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends.Review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance.Know how and when to use tools available for a given situation and can explain the reasons for this choice.Seek and embrace opportunities which give exposure to different situations, environments and perspectives.Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing and connecting with others.Able to read situations and modify behaviour to build quality relationships.Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.Preferred Skills and Experience Degree from leading educational institutes in business, economics, engineering or related fieldsMinimum 8+ years working experience in strategy or operational roles - either in management consulting, or working in industry in analogous roles Have prior experience in operations management, process improvement and supply chain managementDemonstrate ability to think strategically and translate high-level concepts into actionable plansManagement and leadership skills, including the ability to train and develop teams, manage complex assignments and to develop lasting client relationshipsExcellent stakeholder managementStrong business acumen, analytical, interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, agile with changeA positive results-oriented style evidenced by listening, motivating, delegating, influencing and monitoring project delivery
