About the RoleLocation: Ermita, ManilaRole Type: Full-time, OnsiteDepartment: Corporate Planning, Assurance and Governance OfficeReporting to: Strategic Planning and Execution ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Strategy & PMO Analyst to support the Strategy & Execution Manager in implementing the company’s strategic planning calendar, ensuring alignment of business plans and initiatives with the organization's OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, and Measures), and monitoring the execution of key strategic initiatives in line with the PMP methodology.The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in strategic planning, project governance, and cross-functional coordination, along with excellent analytical and communication skills to help drive successful strategy execution across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Support the annual and quarterly strategic planning process, ensuring alignment with the company’s OGSM framework.Track and monitor the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with agreed timelines, budgets, and outcomes.Facilitate the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership, providing insights on strategy execution and initiative performance.Maintain and update the strategic initiatives register, risks, dependencies, and issues logs in accordance with PMP governance.Coordinate across departments to ensure accurate and timely data collection and reporting related to strategic KPIs and initiatives.Support governance forums, including preparation of materials for strategy reviews, steering committees, and performance check-ins.Identify and escalate execution risks, delays, and bottlenecks, and support resolution planning with initiative owners.Promote adherence to project and program management standards and ensure documentation and reporting quality.Contribute to the continuous improvement of strategic execution and PMO processes, tools, and templates.Qualifications:Education: Business Administration, Strategy, Project Management, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.Certification: PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a strategy, PMO, or business planning role. Experience in corporate strategy, business transformation, or consulting environments is highly desirable.Key Competencies & Skills:Strategic & Business Acumen: Solid understanding of strategic planning methodologies (e.g., OGSM, OKRs, Balanced Scorecard).Ability to connect day-to-day activities and initiatives to broader organizational goals.Project & Program Management: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and governance, particularly PMP or similar.Experience managing or supporting cross-functional strategic programs and initiatives.Analytical & Reporting Skills: Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic decision-making.Skilled in creating dashboards, performance reports, and executive summaries using Google Slides, PowerPoint and presenting data analysis results.Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and impactful materials for various audiences.Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira).About FELCO:At Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO), customer satisfaction is a commitment.
