About the Role Ryt Bank is looking for a strategic and results-driven Strategy & Sales Management Manager to join our dynamic Sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting and executing sales strategies that fuel our growth, strengthen customer relationships, and empower our teams to perform at their best. You won’t just be managing sales—you’ll be shaping how we grow. From identifying market opportunities to coaching high-performing teams, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue, enhancing customer experience, and delivering on our promise of banking that works for everyone. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on strategy, leads with purpose, and is excited to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with bank objectives. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Drive acquisition of new customers and cross-selling of banking products. Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and motivate sales teams to achieve KPIs. Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions. Foster a high-performance culture and ensure compliance with bank policies. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Resolve escalated customer issues effectively. Reporting & Analysis Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Present insights and recommendations to senior management. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements. Work closely with risk and compliance teams to manage operational risks. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in SME sales, relationship management, or transaction banking. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets within the banking or financial services industry. Knowledge of transaction banking products and services (such as cash management, trade finance, and payments) would be an added advantage. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients across various levels. Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
