OverviewThis dual-role position blends market unit transformation leadership role with functional cost transformation. As the Senior Manager, Strategy & Transformation for Market Unit (MU), you will drive the end-to-end execution of strategic transformation priorities — unlocking growth and transformation in commercial agenda. Simultaneously, as Cost Transformation Lead for East Europe, you will own the cost efficiency agenda across multiple the Operating Unit (OU), partnering cross-functionally to drive sustainable productivity in line with targets.ResponsibilitiesMU Transformation Lead South East Europe and BalticsLead the planning and execution of high-priority transformation initiatives across MU, aligned with MU, OU and Region strategic goals.Enhancing commercial effectiveness by optimizing the operating model and aligning GTM strategiesShape and evolve the transformation roadmap to support topline growth and margin expansionPartner with Market Unit leadership (GM, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, HR) to mobilize cross-functional teams and deliver impact at speed.Act as a thought partner to the GM and East Europe team, bringing insights, trends, and benchmarks into local decision-making.Enable MU leadership team to adopt new ways of working by embedding change management, capability building, and the PepsiCo Way.Cost Transformation Lead - East EuropeLead the design and execution of cost transformation initiatives across East Europe, with focus on SG&A, Supply Chain, Go-to-Market, and operating model simplification.Build a regional pipeline of cost-saving opportunities in collaboration with BU GMs, Finance, and functional heads.Ensure proper quantification, tracking, and reporting of benefits, and resolve barriers to realization.Act as a key interface between MU, OU and Region teamsChampion value creation while safeguarding performance, growth, and employee engagement.Additional Responsibilities:Manage program governance, cadence, and communications across both role streams.Drive alignment and knowledge-sharing between markets to scale best practicesRepresent MU and OU in sector-level forums and transformation communities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.Up to 10 -12 years business experience in the areas of finance and commercialDemonstrated success in leading cost/productivity initiatives.Strong problem-solving skills with commercial acumen and financial literacy.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities, including influencing senior leadership.Experience in FMCG or consumer-packaged goods preferred.Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive momentum across multiple workstreams.
