Scots All Saints College Bathurst ▸ New South Wales ▸ Australia Part Time, Contract/Temp13 Dec 2025Applications 0DescriptionThe Strength and Conditioning Coordinator (Part-time 1 Year Fixed Term Contract) will lead on all matters relating to strength, conditioning and fitness both in developing our aspirational athletes and sports teams as well as instilling a whole school culture of athletic development and fitness by providing programs that promote students’ development of their physical and emotional wellbeing.The ideal candidate must have;A comprehensive understanding of the specific fitness and functional movement requirements for a diverse range of sportsExtensive knowledge and experience in athlete developmentExperience working with young adolescents in a school settingUnderstanding of mentoring, supporting and encouraging studentsWell-developed communication and interpersonal skillsEngaging and enthusiastic coaching style with effective communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work with various levels of abilities across various age groupsFlexibility and the ability to adapt and operate effectively in a demanding and changing environmentAn understanding of WHS responsibilitiesDemonstrated ability to plan and deliver engaging and effective training sessionsAppropriate skills and qualifications relating to your chosen sportHold a current First Aid Certificate (or a willingness to obtain prior to start date)Current Working with Children clearance (or a willingness to obtain prior to start date)Essential RequirementsFirst Aid CertificateWorking with Children / Working with Vulnerable People CheckAttachmentsSASC Strength and Conditioning Candidate Brief 2025Application InstructionYour application will include;An introduction letter addressed to Mr Richard Ford, Head of College, noting your suitability for the role-related responsibilities listed in the position description which can be found on the College website scotsallsaints.nsw.edu.au/employmentA current Curriculum Vitae including the name and contact details of two (2) referees.
