Investment Sourcing & Market IntelligenceProactively source and track high-quality venture and growth-stage opportunities across AsiaBuild and maintain strong networks with founders, VCs, accelerators, and ecosystem playersConduct market mapping and industry deep-dives to identify thematic opportunitiesMonitor macro trends and sector-specific dynamics to inform investment strategyDue Diligence & Deal ExecutionLead financial, commercial, and operational due diligence for prospective investmentsDevelop robust financial models to evaluate business plans, capital structures, and return scenariosDraft investment memos and materials for internal decision-making and Investment Committee reviewsSupport negotiation of term sheets and transaction documents alongside senior team membersCapital Formation & Fund Strategy:
Assist in investor outreach, fundraising materials, and LP communicationsSupport investor reporting and portfolio analyticsContribute to strategic initiatives to grow the firm’s presence and brand in AsiaQualifications & Skills: 3–5 years of relevant experience in venture debt, private credit, VC, growth equity, investment banking, or corporate developmentStrong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in financial modelling and investment analysisExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information clearlyFluent in English; proficiency in an additional Asian language (e. g.
