If you’re passionate about great software, fast-paced teams, and helping customers succeed - we’d love to meet you.About The RoleWe are looking for a strong QA Engineer to join our team - someone who is ready to contribute to the development of our QA direction and progressively strengthen automation efforts. This includes automating regression, key UI/API flows, and routine testing scenarios.What You’ll DoPerform manual testing of new and existing functionalityTest UI, API, integrations, mobile applicationParticipate in planning, requirement analysis, and risk assessmentMaintain and expand test documentationWrite and execute automated testsAutomate and speed up the autotest creation process using AI (autotests generation, scenario optimization, reducing routine work)Optimize testing processes and propose improvementsCollaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOpsContribute to the ongoing development of the QA direction within the teamYou Might Be a Fit If You Have5+ years of experience testing web applicationsEnglish level — Pre-Intermediate+Experience with test automation (API and/or UI)Strong experience with DevTools and PostmanSQL knowledge (medium-level query creation)Experience working with Jira or other tracking systemsUnderstanding of SDLC and testing methodologies, including defect lifecycle, testing types, Agile/Scrum practicesUnderstanding of CI/CD principlesExperience working with Git or other version control systemsNice to HaveExperience with automation languages and frameworks (Python / JavaScript / PHP / Java; Codeception, Playwright, Cypress, PHPUnit, Pytest or similar)Basic knowledge of HTML + CSSExperience testing mobile applicationsAbility to actively use AI tools in daily QA work (test generation, documentation, analysis, automation support, productivity boosting)Why You’ll Love Working at ScaleoRemote-first teamA collaborative culture that values autonomy and initiativeFast-moving product that’s solving real customer problemsSmall team, big impact - your work will be seen and appreciated
