The role involves the analysis and design of structural elements for a range of projects. The successful candidate must demonstrate expertise in structural calculations, code compliance, and preparing high-quality design deliverables that align with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and international standards. We’ll help you grow, pursue and fulfill what inspires you – so we can make big impacts on the world, together.Where you'll have impact inConduct structural analysis and design for reinforced concrete, structural steel, and composite structures using software like ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, and Robot.Prepare detailed design drawings, structural reports, BOQs, and technical specifications.Collaborate with architects, MEP, and civil teams to ensure integrated and coordinated design.Review project requirements and perform load calculations, wind/seismic analysis, and foundation design.Attend design coordination meetings and interface with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.Provide technical support during the tender and construction phases including submittal reviews, RFI responses, and site inspections.Here's what you'll needBachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering from a recognized university; Master’s degree is a plus.3+ years of structural design experience in buildings and/or infrastructure projects, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.Proficient in design software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, Revit Structures, and MS Excel.Strong knowledge of SBC, ACI, BS, Eurocodes, or other relevant design codes.Familiarity with structural detailing and coordination with BIM platforms is preferred.From our inclusive employee networks to our positive mental health champions – we’re committed to driving a culture of caring where you can be you.
