ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing and verifying student academic and non-academic documents.Support student development programs, events, and activities in coordination with the Head of Student Affairs.Review and provide feedback on student proposals, reports, and certificates.Provide administrative support related to student records and graduation requirements.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree from any major (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)Proficient in English (both written and spoken) is a must.Strong communication, interpersonal, and digital skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, online platforms).Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive, with the ability to work effectively with students and organizations.Passionate about supporting student development and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
