You’ll work closely with project managers and engineers to improve team collaboration, transparency, and efficiency while learning how to apply agile methods in a real-world development environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches in facilitating team ceremonies and meetings.Help document, visualize, and improve delivery processes and workflows.Support tracking and reporting of sprint and project progress.Contribute to initiatives that drive transparency and continuous improvement.Collaborate with engineers and project managers to maintain clear communication and coordination across teams.Help maintain tools used for agile delivery (e.g., Jira, Confluence).What You BringYou are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field, and you are eager to explore how agile practices enable teams to deliver complex software systems efficiently.Moreover, you bring:A genuine interest in both people and technology.Curiosity about agile ways of working and process improvement.Strong communication and organizational skills.A structured, proactive mindset with attention to detail.Good collaboration skills and an open, positive attitude.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.What We OfferYou’ll be part of a dedicated and passionate Software Platforms team working on the Mozart platform that powers our connected audio products. While the team’s focus is technical, your role will help ensure smooth delivery execution through structure, process, and clear communication.This is a part-time position (approx. 10-15 hours per week), designed to give you hands-on experience with agile delivery in a real engineering environment - with flexibility around exam periods.With approximately 1,100 employees, Bang & Olufsen is an agile company that gives room for individual flexibility and decision-making.
