This includes maintaining ledgers, preparing financial and investor reports, managing drawdowns and distributions, and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory filings.Depositary ServicesWe provide oversight and safekeeping of fund assets, ensuring compliance with investment policies and regulations. Our services cover daily cash flow monitoring, transaction verification, asset registration, and breach reporting to both managers and authorities.KYC/AML ComplianceWe support clients in meeting anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations, ensuring proper onboarding and ongoing monitoring of investors in accordance with local and international regulations.FAIF ManCo ServicesWe offer management company solutions for institutional investors and fund managers under Danish FAIF legislation. This includes setting up compliant fund structures, managing feeder vehicles, and facilitating special-purpose or restructuring arrangements. Prior experience in private equity or fund operations is not a requirement. We value intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and a structured approach to problem-solving, and we are committed toproviding the training necessary for success in the role.The RoleWe are looking for an ambitious Student Assistant (preferably on the 3rd semester of cand.merc.jur. or cand.jur.) to work closely with the leadership within our Compliance- and ManCo services. Besides that, you will also support our Depositary and Administration teams with legal and compliance related tasks.Responsibilities Design and maintain robust procedures and workflows that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory adherence, in coordination with internal stakeholders and external counterparts to resolve information gaps. Perform and oversee KYC/AML due diligence on clients and their investors to ensure comprehensive, accurate, and regulatory-compliant documentation, and continuously monitor activity to detect, assess, and escalate potential risks within a robust compliance framework. Draft, update and operationalise ManCo compliance policies, procedures and registers.Contribute to risk based compliance monitoring and testing (planning, control tests, documenting results and actions).About youEnrolled in cand.merc.jur. or cand.jur.
