Salary: from 20mil + KPIAddress: Thủ Đức, Hồ Chí Minh CityJob overview and responsibilityGoal: Execute and monitor Arrowster’s club-based content distribution system — ensuring key posts go live on time, content sentiment stays strong, and each campaign cycle converts into new student leads.Mission: Operate the clubbased distribution engine so key posts air on time, sentiment stays strong, and each cycle converts to new leads.Daily & Weekly Responsibilities1. Content Coordination- Prepare and schedule key posts for club distribution (based on central content calendar).- Manage daily airing of content- Update the Post Tracker after airing: record who posted, when, and performance metrics (reach, reactions, comments).2. Distribution Management- Expand and maintain the club partner pool, focusing on high school and university clubs in HN, HCMC, Danang.- Execute club instructions for posting: send daily reminders, captions, visuals, and follow-up messages.- Coordinate with counselor accounts and student ambassadors to ensure seeding coverage across different mediums (Facebook Page, counselor profile, student posts).3. Monitoring & Optimization- Track post data and student sentiment every morning (views, shares, comments, tone).- Identify underperforming schools or posts and flag patterns to adjust both content and distribution strategy.- Coordinate with content team to tweak visuals or captions based on sentiment feedback.4. Planning & Follow-up- Build and maintain the content calendar, mapping out conversion-focused events (key posts, student testimonials, referral pushes, etc.).- During conversion periods, ensure follow-up seeding rounds happen on time to maximize reach and conversion.Tools- Google Sheets (Post Tracker, Club Database)- Facebook Messenger for communication- Drive for storing visuals and post links- Deliverables / ReportingDaily:- Coordinate daily airing and seeding across the Facebook Page, counselor profiles, and student posts. - Maintain and grow HS/uni club pool (HN/HCMC/ĐN)- Issue posting instructions and reminders; update Post Tracker- Morning sentiment/data read- Flag patterns and tweak with the content team - Maintain a conversion-focused calendar and ensure follow-up seeding in push periods.Weekly:- Updated club pool (new vs. active vs. inactive).- Content performance summary (what worked, what didn’t).- Recommendations for next cycle (content & distribution tweaks).Required skills and experiences- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing many moving parts.- Has experience in club operations, social media, or campus marketing.- Communicates clearly and follows up reliably.- Good content sense to coordinate with in-house content writer.Preferred skills and experiences- Bonus: familiar with basic data tracking and high school student dynamics.Why Candidate should apply this position- Work directly with an international founding team (Harvard, Oxford)- Mentorship from Duolingo’s ex-VP of Growth and global operators- Competitive salary + KPI bonuses- Real startup velocity and freedom to test, fail, and scale ideas dailyWork setup- We work in person from District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.- We used to go seven days a week.
