With a dedicated focus on guidance toward quality education, we are steadfast in our path assisting students to attain meritorious heights.  Job Summary B&G seeks to recruit result-driven and highly motivated International Education & Career Counselors based in Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and Islamabad, Pakistan. International Education & Career Counselors will be responsible for providing exceptional client services by advising prospective students and their families on international study options in the UK, Canada, USA, Australia, and Europe on institutions, courses, entry requirements, scholarships, fees & funding, visa, and travel. International Education & Career Counsellors will deliver our student recruitment and sales strategy and meet ambitious recruitment and conversion targets. Duties & Responsibilities·        Establish contact with allocated student leads through phone calls, meetings, and social media messaging.·        Manage a database of enquiries and leads, and record all conversion activities, contact details, profiles, contact history, decisions, and outcomes.·        Remain the primary contact for clients looking to study at institutions on the panel.·        Provide complete career counselling and present various options suitable to the academic and financial circumstances of the clients.·        Process admission applications and help clients meet all entry and compliance requirements.·        Where needed conduct suitability and compliance interviews to ensure only the most genuine and interested clients are progressed.·        Maintain a strong follow-up with candidates and ensure any verbal and written communication is immediate, effective, and professional.·        Help students meet the visa and immigration requirements and where needed, process visa applications.·        Counsel and consult clients throughout the admission and enrolment process.·        Send regular reports and attend internal meetings.  Qualification, Skills, and Experience ·        Undergraduate degree from a leading university in Pakistan or abroad. (Fresh graduates may also apply)·        2 years of work experience as a student counsellor, education consultant, or career advisor in school or leading student placement agency (desirable)·        Understanding of the international student recruitment industry (desirable)·        Confident in dealing with people at all levels, excellent rapport-building skills.·        Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills over the phone, online, and face-to-face.·        Confident working in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking, and ability to work independently.·        Outstanding sales skills, ability to convert leads into sales – enthusiastic, tenacious attitude, with a hunger to excel and succeed.·        Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
