Role Description We are seeking a full-time Student Counselor to join our on-site team in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Student Counselor will engage directly with students to provide career counseling, assist in study abroad program selection, and guide them through the application and visa processes. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with prospective students and providing exceptional customer service to ensure smooth and positive experiences. The Student Counselor will serve as an essential support system in helping students achieve their academic and professional aspirations abroad. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students in achieving their academic and career goals.Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with students and parents and provide excellent assistance throughout the process.Knowledge and experience in the Education sector, including an understanding of study abroad processes and requirements.Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in English and the ability to simplify complex concepts to assist students effectively.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Counseling, Psychology, or any related discipline is preferred.Familiarity with international admissions procedures and visa application processes is an advantage.
