Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor located in Gulgasht Colony. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students regarding their academic and career opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include conducting counseling sessions, assessing students' needs and goals, assisting with university applications, and offering advice on educational programs. Additionally, the counselor will work closely with students to develop personalized study plans, providing continuous support throughout their educational journey. Qualifications Student Counseling and Career Counseling skillsStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsBackground in Education and familiarity with educational programsExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with studentsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamA passion for helping students achieve their goalsBachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related fieldExperience in a counseling or advisory role is a plus
