This is an opportunity to apply your studies in practice, learn from real-world IT environments, and develop the mindset and habits needed to grow into an IT professional.Let's dive into the details!Your tasks will include Deliver day-to-day IT support for users across hardware, applications, and access managementManaging user administration, permissions, and troubleshooting access or license issuesTriage and investigate day-to-day infrastructure and security alertsContribute to ongoing IT improvement projects and suggest better ways of workingMaintain and update IT documentation and user guidesAssist in planning and executing internal IT initiatives, automation tasks, and infrastructure improvementsWhat we’re looking forIdeally, you're enrolled in a relevant degree (Computer Science, IT-Technology, Data Technician, or similar) or possess comparable hands-on experiencePerhaps you’ve already worked in IT or are self-taught with a broad technical interestPractical understanding of Windows, Linux and networking fundamentalsAnalytical and self-driven, able to trace and understand problems across infrastructure, network, and applicationsOutgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, deep interest in technology - perhaps you tinker with home labs, code, or explore how systems fit togetherWhat we offerA young, dynamic, ambitious and fun work environmentExtensive opportunities for personal development and career growth.
