Campora is looking for Student Recruitment & Partner Support ExecutiveJob Description / ResponsibilityAct as the primary liaison between Campora and agents.Visit active and potential agents regularly to strengthen relationships and ensure proper branding and product awareness.Onboard new agents by initiating contact through emails, walk-ins, or WhatsApp communication, introducing partnership opportunities, and supporting them through the registration process.Ensure agents are well-trained and updated on partner universities, application procedures, and marketing materials.Assist agents with student application documentation and guide them through the submission process to ensure accuracy and compliance.Liaise with the admissions/services/operations team for updates on offers, CAS, compliance, and commission matters.Contribute to local marketing activities, including education fairs, school/college/university visits, and promotional events.Coordinate digital and offline campaigns.Provide market feedback to the management on trends, challenges, and opportunities.Assess, verify, and submit student applications through relevant university or partner portals.Ensure applications meet institutional standards to reduce rejections and delays.Conduct document and compliance checks (academic, financial, and visa-related) before submission.Conduct mock interviews to minimize interview or visa rejectionsMonitoring of email inboxes to ensure all the emails are being attended on timeTrack and follow up on pending offers, CAS, and deferrals to ensure timely progress.Maintain organized records of all applications and updates in CRM.Collaborate closely with regional offices to ensure smooth student progression.Generate and maintain weekly and monthly reports on applications, offers, and conversions.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsMastersBachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Experience Requirements2 to 4 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):IT Enabled Service,Consulting Firms,Immigration and Education Consultancy Service,Educational Technology (Edtech) StartupAdditional Requirements2–4 years of experience in student recruitment, partner management, or application processing.Prior experience handling UK study destination responsibilities preferred.Familiarity with education agent operations and partnership development.Strong English communication (verbal and written).Deep understanding of UK higher education, admission systems, and compliance standards.Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities (in person and virtual).Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.Target-driven, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.Proficiency with CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and university portals.Ability to travel locally for agent visits and events.Job LocationDhaka (Banani)
