KOMPASS is looking for Student Relationship OfficerJob Description / ResponsibilityAbout Kompass: Kompass Education Consultancy helps students achieve their dreams of studying abroad by providing expert guidance on university selection, admission processes, visa applications, and career planning.Role:Guide and support students throughout their study abroad journey.Ensure all student tasks are completed on time and maintain strong relationships with students and the admissions team.Key Responsibilities:Assist students with university applications, documents, and admissionsFollow up to ensure all student tasks are completed on timeSupport students with visa procedures and related queriesMaintain good communication with students and admission executivesResolve student queries and ensure high satisfactionEducational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsSkills Required: Office Management, Good Communicator, Punctuality, Good behavior, Leadership and Good Communication skill.Experience RequirementsThe applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Consulting Firms, Immigration and Education Consultancy ServiceAdditional Requirements3+ years experience in education consultancy marketingProficient in digital marketing and social mediaFamiliarity with AI-based content toolsGraphic design and video editing skills (preferred but not mandatory)Excellent communication in English & BanglaAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesPositive attitude and teamwork skillsJob LocationDhaka (Ramna)SalaryTk. 18000 - 30000 (Monthly)
