Our proven program has helped students generate millions in profits — and now we're looking for a Student Success Advisor to help take Red Mane into its next phase of growth.We are in search of a dynamic, well-organised, proactive and charismatic individual to assist our students as they embark on their house flipping journey.In this role you will:Serve as the first point of contact for our students when you welcome them into the program & congratulate them on investing in their future.Be their hero as you point them in the right direction when they require assistance and guidance.Follow their ride, high-five their wins, & promote their successes within our brilliant tight knit community.Your key responsibilities will be to:Act as the primary point of contact and support for students, diagnosing challenges theyencounter and providing effective solutions.Develop rapport with our students such that they trust you to solve their challenges without needing constant input from the coaching team.Conduct regular check-ins with students to assess their satisfaction, gather feedback,and make recommendations to management for improvements.Develop and deliver student onboarding materials, orientation sessions, andeducational resources.Coordinate with coaches and other team members to ensure students receive timelyand relevant support.Track and analyse student success and share these wins within our community.Liaise with students who have secured 'deals' and get testimonials for our marketing& socials.Monitor an email & reply to students needing support.Advise students on how they can get help in the program.Organise our 'Real Deal' coaching sessions where students share their propertydeals.Motivate our students by posting in our exclusive members only Facebook groupContribute & share wins in our 77,000 member (and growing) public Facebook groupLiaise with our Virtual Assistants.Strategize and implement student community engagement initiatives.Key Personal Attributes:Proven experience (3 years+) in student support, coaching, or account management.
