Role Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual who is passionate about making a difference to join our team as an Associate Program Manager at Wadhwani Foundation. The ideal candidate will support the Senior Program Manager in managing and monitoring the performance of trainers and students, collecting feedback, and managing records and data files of ongoing programs. He or she will also provide virtual support to trainers and ensure the best possible learner experience and outcomes. This position requires a “beneficiary first” mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks within tight deadlines. The Associate Program Manager must have excellent organizational skills and demonstrate an ability to prioritize workload to tight deadlines. He or she must be able to communicate effectively in both written and oral formats and have knowledge of Microsoft Office. Responsibilities: To support Wadhwani Foundation’s mission and always have a “beneficiary first” mindsetSupport the Senior Program Manager in monitoring the performance of trainers and providing virtual support through emails and phone callsConduct collaboration sessions, assist in monitoring the performance of students and collecting feedback from both students and faculty/facilitatorWork closely with the Senior Program Manager to ensure the best possible learner experience and outcomesManage and maintain records and data files of ongoing programsDemonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload effectivelyProvide assistance with any other tasks assigned by the Senior Program ManagerQualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in training and program management or a related roleHave a deep understanding of education system and broad network of high and higher education in Indonesia (SMA/SMK/Diploma/Polytechnics/University) and with the national level of Education-related Government Agencies.Excellent written and oral communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (knowledge in video editing software a plus)Personal motivation and the ability to work from homeSelf-driven with a strong work ethicWe are looking for a proactive individual who is passionate about supporting our mission and making a positive impact.
