Musubu Japanese Language & Cultural Center is looking for Student Visa ConsultantJob Description / ResponsibilityConduct student counseling sessions for Japan study visa applicants.Communicate with Japanese schools to collect necessary documents and requirements.Coordinate with the Japan team and update progress regularly.Assist students in managing, preparing, and verifying all required documents.Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of all paperwork.Follow Japanese manners and cultural practices in professional communication.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsBachelor’s Degree (Hons) or higher required. Japanese language skills will be given preference.Skills Required: Student counseling and student visa processingExperience Requirements2 to 3 year(s)Additional RequirementsMinimum 2–3 years of real-time experience in student visa processing and documentation (preferably Japan).Strong knowledge of visa rules, document management, and school communication.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Must be disciplined, professional, and culturally sensitive to Japanese standards.Job LocationDhaka (Uttara Sector 7)
