NCC Global Services is looking for Student VISA CounseloJob Description / ResponsibilityJob ContextNCC Global Services is a rapidly growing overseas education consultancy firm that helps students pursue higher education in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Malaysia and Europe.Student Visa Counselor (Experienced)A dynamic and motivated individual who can guide students throughout the admission and visa process, provide accurate information about study destinations, and maintain excellent client relationships.Job ResponsibilitiesGuide students about study options, courses, and countries based on their profile.Help students prepare and submit university and visa applications.Check all documents like SOP, LOR, and financial papers before submission.Follow up with students and universities for updates.Communicate with students and parents through calls, emails, and messages.Keep all student information and records updated in thesystem.Work to achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.Support marketing activities like seminars or education fairs.Prepare daily or weekly progress reports for management.Stay updated about new visa rules and university requirements.Educational RequirementsBachelor/Honors[BRAC University, North South University, American International University Bangladesh, United International University, East West University ]students will get preferenceExperience RequirementsAt least 2 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Consulting Firms,Immigration and Education Consultancy ServiceAdditional RequirementsMust have clear knowledge of student visa processes for the UK, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, and European countries.Ability to work patiently and efficiently under pressure.Must have a positive attitude and teamwork spirit.Proficient in computer operation (MS Word, Excel, Email, etc.).Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.Candidates with overseas education experience will be given preference.Job LocationDhaka
