Do you want to gain hands-on experience with hardware purchasing, handling, and shipping while helping to enhance the digital experience of our colleagues?Here Is What The Job EntailsAs our Digital Workplace Student Worker, you will report directly to the Head of Digital Workplace and assist the team with hardware logistics, including purchasing, handling, and shipping equipment while improving digital workflows. The tasks are primarily manual, but an important part of your role will be to identify opportunities for automation and help implement them in a project-based format.More specifically, you will be:Purchasing hardware from our vendor based on requests in ServiceNowHandling and registering hardware once received in StillingShipping hardware to Kamstrup offices outside of StillingDecommissioning hardwareIdentifying documentation and process improvementsYou will have an important role in creating a seamless and productive digital experience that makes our colleagues’ everyday work easier, smarter and more efficient.Meet your future teamYou will join our Digital Workplace team, which consists of 11 dedicated colleagues based in Denmark and Spain. Danish is not a requirement.Whilst you may not meet all the qualifications listed above, you could still be a good candidate for the position.
