Job DescriptionDo you want to play a key role in delivering our flagship leadership programmes while generating insights that shape leadership for Senior Executives across the LEGO Group?Bring your organisational skills, your enthusiasm, your teamwork and your curiosity to learn and be part of delivering and developing the leaders of tomorrow.Core ResponsibilitiesSupport the coordination and delivery of global executive development programmes (Elevate and Catalyst) for ~85 colleagues across the LEGO Group.Assist with programme logistics, stakeholder coordination, and participant communications to ensure smooth programme execution.Conduct research and analysis on leadership capabilities and trends to inform leadership development initiatives.Gather and synthesise insights and data to support the evolution of leadership standards and the executive development ecosystem.Collaborate with the Talent Management team and internal stakeholders to enhance programme design and impact.Contribute to the continuous improvement of executive development programmes through feedback analysis and insights. Play your part in our team succeeding Success in this role means playing an important role within the Talent Management Team to bring our flagship executive development programmes, Elevate and Catalyst, to life for around 85 colleagues from across the LEGO Group globally each year.By helping create seamless, engaging learning experiences, you will support the growth of strong and inspiring leaders across the organisation.
