Job DescriptionDo you want to play a key role in delivering our flagship leadership programmes while generating insights that shape leadership for Senior Executives across the LEGO Group?Bring your organisational skills, your enthusiasm, your teamwork and your curiosity to learn and be part of delivering and developing the leaders of tomorrow.Core ResponsibilitiesSupport the coordination and delivery of global executive development programmes (Elevate and Catalyst) for ~85 colleagues across the LEGO Group.Assist with programme logistics, stakeholder coordination, and participant communications to ensure smooth programme execution.Conduct research and analysis on leadership capabilities and trends to inform leadership development initiatives.Gather and synthesise insights and data to support the evolution of leadership standards and the executive development ecosystem.Collaborate with the Talent Management team and internal stakeholders to enhance programme design and impact.Contribute to the continuous improvement of executive development programmes through feedback analysis and insights. Play your part in our team succeeding Success in this role means playing an important role within the Talent Management Team to bring our flagship executive development programmes, Elevate and Catalyst, to life for around 85 colleagues from across the LEGO Group globally each year.By helping create seamless, engaging learning experiences, you will support the growth of strong and inspiring leaders across the organisation. Through research and analysis on leadership skills, you will also generate insights that help shape our leadership standards and continuously evolve our executive development ecosystem.Do you have what it takes?You can manage tasks independently and with a high level of autonomy.You have the ability to work effectively as part of a team.You have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.You are passionate about data analysis and producing impactful insights and recommendations.You can collaborate cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders at different levels of seniority, from Senior Leaders to experts within and outside the LEGO Group.Fluency in English is required.This position is for a student worker who is currently completing their Master's degree.We expect you to work 1–2 days per week at our LEGO Campus in Billund.
