A Snapshot of Your DayJoin our team as a Working Student in Wind Turbine Project Management. In this role, you will organize regular communication events to keep teams connected and informed. You will create engaging materials and presentations, draft communication flows to enhance transparency, and maintain SharePoint sites for accurate and accessible content. Supporting the WTPM Management team, you will interact with stakeholders across the organization, gaining insights into Project Management and Wind Turbine Package Management within our Offshore organization.How You’ll Make An ImpactYou will organize and prepare regular communication events to foster team engagement.Create visually appealing communication materials and presentations that effectively convey key messages.Draft communication flows between department heads and teams to enhance transparency and highlight important updates.Set up and maintain SharePoint sites, ensuring content accuracy and accessibility for cross-functional collaboration.Organize knowledge-sharing sessions to promote project insights and best practices across teams.What You BringYou are currently enrolled in a University program within Engineering or Business with at least 2 years left in your education.Strong organizational and facilitation skills are your strengths, along with a proven record of managing stakeholders in complex matrix organizations.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential.Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint is crucial for your success.About The TeamYou will be part of the Central Denmark Region team, which oversees global teams within Wind Turbine Project Management, Fabrication Management, Project Documentation Management, and Project Coordination, comprising over 120 team members.Who is Siemens Gamesa?Siemens Gamesa is part of Siemens Energy, a global leader in energy technology with a rich legacy of innovation spanning over 150 years.
