Role DescriptionChisel Studios is seeking a Studio Assistant Intern to support our daily art studio operations and community art events. This part-time position is ideal for someone who is a creator, loves art, and really enjoys being organized.As a Studio Assistant, you will help with studio administration, event coordination, and creative production. You’ll assist during public art events, manage and schedule content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn), and help maintain the studio’s day-to-day flow.You’ll also support the team with art-related tasks, such as picking up materials, assisting with large-scale paintings, cleaning brushes, scanning and documenting artworks, organizing files and receipts, and coordinating studio bookings.The position offers flexibility in work days and hours, but a semi-consistent schedule is required. This internship runs for 6 months, with a two-week notice period on both sides. Our goal is to grow this position into a permanent paid role for the right candidate. Qualifications & SkillsStrong organizational and administrative abilitiesEnglish proficiency (Swedish a plus)Punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions carefullyProactive and comfortable asking clarifying questionsEye for art and detail — enjoys visual aesthetics and creative environmentsComfortable using social media platforms and basic office toolsKnowledge of art, design, or creative production is a PLUSPhotography or documentation skills beneficialPrevious experience in a creative or administrative role is an advantageWhat We Offer (Intern Perks) Although this internship is unpaid, we are committed to making it a valuable and supportive experience.
